The 3016 is a three-section telescopic centering rod developed for surveyors who need a shorter, lighter pole for field work.
The pole reaches 1600 mm when fully extended and measures 622 mm when collapsed. At 0.58 kg, it is easy to carry with other GNSS equipment and takes up less space in a survey case or vehicle.
Each telescopic section is secured with a locking handwheel. The mechanism requires only a small turn to lock or release the section. Once locked, the sections remain firm without the need for repeated adjustment.
This makes height adjustment straightforward when moving between different measurement points.
The rod uses a 5/8"-11 thread, a common connection for compatible GNSS receivers and surveying equipment. The three rod sections have diameters of 20 mm, 25 mm and 30 mm.
